Dear Parent,
Pupil photographs will be taken at school this Friday 19th September. We will again be using the proof photograph system, where parents are provided with a small version of the photograph before deciding to purchase other copies. Please complete and return the slip attached to confirm that you would like your child to have their photograph taken.
We will ask that all children are photographed individually as well as any family groups required, so that there is no possibility of a child being missed. The only exception will be where parents have returned a slip stating that no photographs be taken.
If you have more than one child in school or Nursery, please indicate on the slip below if you would like your children photographed as a family. Please return a slip for each child but in addition write the names of brothers and sisters on the oldest child’s slip if the choice includes a family photograph. There is no obligation to buy individual or family photographs.
Nursery photographs will be from 11:15am to 11:30am and from 12:45pm to 1:00pm. Parents who have children of pre-school age, who would like them photographed with brothers or sisters, please bring the children to school at 1:00pm and we will arrange to have brothers and sisters brought from class.
Please return all slips by Wednesday 17th September. Thank you for your help.
