I can now confirm the remaining four training days for this year. They are:
Friday 13th February 2009, Friday 22nd May 2009, Monday 1st June 2009, Monday 20th July 2009
Parent Governor
We have a vacancy for one Parent Governor. I will be sending out letters and nomination forms next week.
Dinner money
The current cost for school dinners is:
Reception to Year 4 £8.50 per week (£1.70 per day)
Years 5 & 6 £8.75 per week (£1.75 per day)
Out of School Club
We do have childcare available on the premises before school, after school and during many holidays. Please enquire at the Out Of School Room for details. The charges are:
Before school £3.20 After school £6.40 Holidays £13.30 per day
Playground and school grounds
Thank you to everyone for respecting the no smoking restrictions in force anywhere within the school and grounds. For safety reasons can I please remind everyone that dogs are not allowed into the school grounds and that bicycles may not be ridden on the playground or on footpaths.
Parent Support Adviser
We have a Parent Support Adviser (PSA) on our school staff. Our PSA is Amie Morton and her role is to help parents if there are any difficulties in the family which are likely to impact on the children. Please feel free to contact Amie if there are any issues that you think she may be able to help you with. Amie’s work mobile number is 07847187252 and you will usually be able to contact her during school hours and up to 5.00pm including most school holidays.
