• I will make sure that my chair is at the correct height and I do not have to bend my neck to see the screen. 

• I will not put water near the computer. 

• I will not put anything on top of the computer. 

• I will not switch the computer on at the plug, as I will ask an adult to do this for me. 

• I will not spend more than 10 minutes looking at the screen without changing my position and resting my eyes. 

• I will make sure that the mouse is next to the keyboard. 

• I will not spend more than 30 minutes at the computer without having a break.
